Need two vents in bathroom removed and holes replastered. Painting not required.

Need the corner of a wall stripped back and replastered as well as a small patch of ceiling plastered.

We have 4 curtain rails that have come out of the plaster board that needs to repairing and curtain rails to be rehung. Photos are of the rails that need repairing, one is large and has two sections that have come out of the wall. There are a further 2 that I would like to have quoted as they are minor and could get away with no repair, however for longevity I would rather not need to have them fixed in the future and get it all done at once. Please comment if we have over or under quoted the cost as I am unsure of the pricing. Only reasonable offers will be considered. Would ideally like someone licensed and will guarantee their work.

I am seeking an experienced plasterer to repair two ceiling openings, each approximately 350 mm in diameter, for replacement exhaust fans. The property is a tenanted 2-bedroom, single-storey unit in Frankston. IMPORTANT: Only ONE opening currently exists. BATHROOM: Faux exhaust fan has already been removed by the electrician, leaving an approx. 350mm opening in the plasterboard ceiling above the shower. KITCHEN: Faux exhaust fan remains in place. The electrician has already inspected it and will remove it immediately before the plasterer attends, leaving an expected approx. 350mm opening. Both replacement fans will likely be Fanco Hybrid 250 ceiling exhaust fans, requiring a 300mm diameter cut-out. SCOPE * Completely repair/close both approx. 350mm openings with suitable plasterboard/backing. Tape, set, finish and sand smooth, ready for painting. * Supply all materials/consumables. * Clean up afterwards. IMPORTANT: Please DO NOT leave a 300mm hole. Both ~350mm openings are to be completely repaired. The electrician will subsequently use the Fanco template to cut the precise 300mm openings and install the new fans. SAME-DAY REQUIREMENT This is a tenanted property and we need to minimise disruption. Preferred sequence: * ~10am: Electrician removes kitchen faux fan. * ~10am onwards: Plasterer repairs both openings. Later that day: Electrician returns to cut the 300mm openings and install both fans. Please only quote if you can use an appropriate rapid-setting repair/jointing system so the repairs are sufficiently hardened for the electrician to cut the new openings later that day. QUOTE * Please provide a fixed price for both repairs, including materials, and confirm: * Same-day plasterer / electrician sequence is suitable. * Availability for this week (including Thursday morning). * Experience repairing circular plasterboard ceiling openings. Plastering - This job needs base coat, top coat but no sanding. There’s a door jamb on left and two on right. Opening in the middle. 3 corners need exi. Inside cupboards also need base coat and top coat. No cornice. 3m ceiling height x 3.7m wide We will then hang doors and install architraves and skirtings. Painting- All areas which are walls, doors and woodwork. We would like you to sand and apply 2 coats of paint after 8 June and before 15 June. Paint provided.

Plaster and stop up/ fix what needs to roof of storerooms the lights are just stick in batteries so can be removed . If any electricians can hook up the light to that’s a bonus happy to pay extra-it’s all there just need the down light

Stop up 6 plaster joins in kitchen & patch 1 hole sanding also required
