Looking for someone experienced to complete a small paving job. Area is approximately 2.1m x 4.7m (9.9m²). I’d like a quote for labour only. I will pay for all materials separately (I.e cracker dust), however I’d like you to source and supply/organise the cracker dust as part of the job. Please include in your quote: Labour to prepare the area and lay the paving. Compacting a must - this will be used for a shed Any cutting/finishing required Note - I will have other paving jobs to do so will bolt those on for whoever gets the job.

Looking for an experienced landscaper/paver for some works in Mount Hawthorn. Demolition and prep: - Pull down and remove a small tin shed and two small wooden gates. - Remove existing ground cover (pebbles and some larger stones) and dispose. - Install one new soakwell, plus some perimeter work around two existing soakwells. - Prep ground: bedding sand, compacted and levelled. Paving and garden bed: -Supply and lay brick paving over approx. 24 sqm. Red brick, lay pattern to continue from the driveway, right through. - Build a brick or limestone garden bed connecting to the new brickwork. If limestone, a thinner limestone block. Fencing: - Supply and install a white steel picket-style fence with a gate, approx. 170cm high (to match the boundary fence) and 210cm wide. - Supply and install a white picket fence-style steel gate, 85cm wide x 170cm high, for the other side of the house, to replace the existing wooden one (see photo).

The travertine tiles have already been purchased and will be supplied. Work required: • Prepare and level the area. • Supply and lay suitable base material and bedding sand, compacting as required. • Lay the travertine in a French pattern, including any necessary cuts. • Match the levels of the existing paving and ensure suitable drainage. • Finish edges and joints and leave the area tidy. Approx 35 sq meters of brick size pavers need to be picked up from backyard driveway ,put in wheelbarrow moved up 3 stairs to front of house and stacked next to existing brick piles.

Lift old pavers (can be stacked onsite - they don’t need to taken away), prep base including supply of cracker dust, lay new pavers. We require someone to cut to size and shape about 5-6 travertine pavers. We had travertine pavers laid around our pool several months ago. We also had an outdoor shower installed. As part of this , the area around the shower was left unpaved , to allow for the plumber to put in the shower. . . Now that this is done we need some travertine pavers to be cut to size to surround the shower. Hopefully the pics will explain it. We have lots of leftover pavers ( in several sizes as it is a French pattern). They are 30 mm thick and laid on cracker dust. We don’t have any cracker dust left over. BTW, some of the pics show a drainage pipe. This has been cut off and a grate put over it.
