Using paint sprayer: Side fence (incl small section of block retaining below, see pic) approx 13m Pool fence approx 20m Paint supplied (Dulux Weathershield Monument) - I believe 2 coats will be sufficient.

Bathroom Is approx 4m by 4m. Top of walls above tiles and ceiling need to be cleaned and treated for mold.

Single coat of stain on double front door and frame and double balcony door and frame. Single coat to stair balustrade (top and post only). Single coat to ceilings in laundry, lounge room, dining/kitchen, bathroom and a bedroom. Single coat to the bathroom walls. Two coats to new bedroom door and frame. Bathroom ceiling needs repainting (mould has been cleaned off it and a plasterer has repaired some small sections of plaster). Size is 2500 x 2360mm. Needs a) slight sanding over the new plaster (as advised by plasterer), b) slight sanding over some flaking paint, c) (presumably) a new sealer/primer/undercoat(?), and d) painting in the highest quality mould resistant white paint.
