Commercial property requires painting. Office space is 159sqmtrs over two floors but has a solid brick display wall running from top to bottom that does not require painting within that measurement. Small office space with kitchenette and bathroom - 41m2 total needing interior painting finished. We have mostly done the first coat (minus the bathroom). We just need a second coat done, plus ceiling painted in ceiling white. 3 cottage style windows with 12 small panes of glass a piece on the 2 larger ones and one smaller style cottage window approx 6 panes plus entry door of the same style require more detailed painting everything else is relatively easy. Paint already onsite.

Need a shop painted. Walls need to be prepared, undercoat and 3 coats of paint. Paint will be supplied. Brig your own tools. About 30 running meters with 2.7 meters ceilings.

Need an experienced flusher to complete job. Just need base coat of 3 offices sanded back and top coated. All materials on site.

My laundromat has a 3m high ceiling and very dirty light covers that I can't access safely. So i need someone with a ladder to get up and give them a clean-out. Also, I have a 3m x 10m wall that needs painting completed. I have the paint, brushes, rollers, paint trays, and drop sheets but you will need to bring your ladder to access the roof corners.
