Building footprint: approx. 700m² total, main workshop bay roughly 28m x 26m, with a pitched corrugated iron roof on exposed timber trusses/steel purlins (see photos) Roof: corrugated steel sheeting, pitched gable roof, single storey warehouse — eave height roughly 4–5m, apex likely 6–8m (exact height TBC on site inspection). Need small office tenancy make-good. Approximately 25.5m² office. Require patching of a few holes (including removal of wall-mounted key safe fixings), preparation and repainting of walls to landlord requirements.

We have done some patching of walls but need them sanded back then both the walls and ceiling tiles painted. Don’t want or need professional painters but someone who’s painted their own house before.
