Building footprint: approx. 700m² total, main workshop bay roughly 28m x 26m, with a pitched corrugated iron roof on exposed timber trusses/steel purlins (see photos) Roof: corrugated steel sheeting, pitched gable roof, single storey warehouse — eave height roughly 4–5m, apex likely 6–8m (exact height TBC on site inspection). I need someone to repaint an office in the CBD. This includes unscrewing about 5 data cables from the wall and putting them up into the ceiling, sanding back and filling gaps where the screws have been and then painting the walls. If you can tear up and lay carpets tiles that’s a bonus, I’ll likely need someone to pick stuff up from the paint shop / Bunnings.
