We require an experienced painter or handyman to repair and repaint the lounge ceiling (area: 80cm/120cm), which has visible water stain marks from a previous moisture issue. The source of the water has been fixed, and the ceiling is now dry. The work includes surface preparation, application of a suitable stain-blocking primer, and repainting to achieve a clean, even finish matching the existing ceiling colour. Minor patching may be required. The tasker should have relevant experience and their own tools, and please note that paint and primer will be supplied by you.
