But the job itself relatively simple. - 4x rooms - 1x hallway - walls and ceilings to be done - some federation features eg skirting boards and ceiling roses and painting rails - all in a white (exact colour TBD) - if possible spray painting the built in cupboards also Room dimensions are: - Bed 1: 3.7x3.7m - Bed 2: 3.7x3.7m -Bed 3: 3.7x3.1 with adjoining sunroom 1.8x2.3m - Bed 4: 4.7x3.7m Would also like an optional add-on for just one coat of the modern part of the house (just to freshen it up / remove scuffs) 4 additional rooms: - Room 1: 7.8 x4.5m - Room 2: 4.8 x 4.7m - Room 3: 8.0x 5.5m - Room 4: 7.3 x 4.6m - and the stairway / hall circa 7m We’d like it to be done the first week of November 2025.

Method (required):     1.    Remove doors/hardware (labelled). Mask benchtops/floors.     2.    Thorough degrease with sugar soap; rinse and dry.     3.    Scrape loose paint; scuff‑sand all painted and melamine surfaces; vacuum and tack.     4.    Repairs: Timber filler to dings; paintable caulk to gaps. Remove any silicone where painting is required and replace with paintable caulk.     5.    Primer: 1–2 coats high‑adhesion, stain‑blocking primer suitable for old enamel and melamine (2 coats on yellow interiors/under‑sink).     6.    Topcoat: Two coats of water‑borne enamel (satin/semi‑gloss). Light de‑nib sand between coats.     7.    Re‑hang doors/hardware; fit bumpers; tidy clean‑up. Deliverables: Smooth, even finish with no bleed‑through, runs, or missed edges; doors aligned and operating correctly. Materials: Please specify the primer and topcoat brand/line you’ll use. Inclusions: All masking, consumables, minor patching/caulking, and clean‑up.

Would like someone to help me send and paint the inside of my garage the plasterboard needs a quick sanding the beams Will require more sanding before painting. I can assist / work with the person to make it quicker and easier. However I do not have experience painting rooves.

We have two interior concrete walls that need resurfacing. On one wall a previous wall was removed and there is a mark on the wall that needs to be cleaned up. On the second concrete wall there was a shelving solution that has been glued and we are also looking to resurface that wall with fresh concrete. In both cases a simple thin skim coat is needed. Hello I need 2 x painters to paint the exterior of a shop front white and the interior walls various colours. I will supply the paint. If you can come Tuesday 18th in the afternoon at 4:30pm, to tape up and lay drop sheets, then come back the following morning on Wednesday 18th at 7am to paint. (We are not allowed to commence painting on Tuesday). We are also installing furniture on Wednesday and this is why I'd like to get ahead and tape everything up on Tuesday so you can paint quickly on Wednesday morning before the furniture arrives in the afternoon.
