Painting 3 bedrooms – Moonee Ponds We are looking for an experienced painter to freshly paint three standard-sized bedrooms in our home in Moonee Ponds. The rooms have high ceilings, ceiling roses and hanging light fittings. The existing paint is older but generally in reasonable condition, with some minor pockmarks and imperfections. Scope of work: * Prepare surfaces, including filling minor holes and pockmarks and sanding where necessary. * Apply two coats of paint to walls. * Paint ceilings. * Carefully cut in around ceiling roses, cornices and light fittings. * Protect floors, fixtures and furniture. * Leave rooms clean and tidy. We are looking for someone experienced who takes care with preparation and delivers a neat, professional finish. Please specify whether your offer includes paint and materials, or whether these would be supplied separately. Please provide photos of previous interior painting work if available. Need the internal fence wall of an exposed small balcony to be painted. Balcony is completely empty now. No need to paint the building wall, just the internal balcony walls on the 3 sides, in a similar colour.

I've cleaned and primed half of the surfaces myself, but would prefer someone with experience to help me complete it sooner, and ensure a good finish, including a coloured feature wall. It is an entrance/lounge/kitchen area plus split-level ceiling - see floorplan where I have marked the area. I have paint, but BYO equipment. 1 x standard bedroom requires fresh painting. Walls, ceiling, architraves, and door. We will supply fresh paint. Room approx. 3 x 3.7-ish metres. Two coats required. Easy access to house and bedroom. Room will be emptied before job. Quality ladder available (if needed). Painter would need to bring their own painting equipment. Drop sheets not essential as the carpet is being replaced in a week. Date is flexible but needs to be done before next Friday.
