The last two photos show the colour and look we want to achieve. Work includes: * Preparing surfaces, filling minor holes/cracks and priming where needed. * Painting the agreed wall areas emerald green. * Fully covering the existing “AYLA मा RAILA” lettering on the feature wall. * Applying enough coats for an even, professional finish. * Protecting furniture, floors, mirrors and fittings, and cleaning up afterwards. Exact wall areas and the paint shade will be confirmed before starting. The reference photos are for the painting finish; signage, lighting and decorations are not part of this job. Please include labour, paint and materials in your offer, along with your availability, estimated completion time and examples of similar work.

I need windowframes and skirting boards painted white, in the interior of a bedroom in a Richmond townhouse. You'll need to bring all your own tools and equipment. And I'd like you to supply the paint – a Dulux aquanamel vivid white gloss. I'll refund the cost of the paint. The skirting boards need light sanding before painting. I've cleaned and primed half of the surfaces myself, but would prefer someone with experience to help me complete it sooner, and ensure a good finish, including a coloured feature wall. It is an entrance/lounge/kitchen area plus split-level ceiling - see floorplan where I have marked the area. I have paint, but BYO equipment. Unfortunately I do not have a car spot in my building but there is parking in the streets nearby and I can include the cost of parking in your total fee.

1 x standard bedroom requires fresh painting. Walls, ceiling, architraves, and door. We will supply fresh paint. Room approx. 3 x 3.7-ish metres. Two coats required. Easy access to house and bedroom. Room will be emptied before job. Quality ladder available (if needed). Painter would need to bring their own painting equipment. Drop sheets not essential as the carpet is being replaced in a week. Date is flexible but needs to be done before next Friday.
