There are some cracks that will need patching (approximately 2 large and 5 small). The house will be vacant and furniture free, please do the painting the week of 19th January. All window frames are aluminium and do not require painting.

We have started and gotten 2 primer coats on about 70% of it but realised we’re not going to finish it with the free time we have remaining before xmas.
