The outside walls, windows, eaves and guttering need paint. A few area have peeling paint. A good surface prep and two to three coats of high quality UV resistant paint is expected. Looking for a painter to sand and paint door frames and doors, window frames, ceiling, skirting boards and walls of 3x1 house, 2 coats. All major cracks have been filled and sanded, only some minor sanding required for walls. Would like all doors, frames and skirting sanded due to build up of old paint layers.
