I am seeking a quotation for the internal painting of my new residential home currently under construction in Hammond Park, WA. The property is a single-storey new build approximately 174 m² of internal living area, 30-course ceilings throughout, with practical completion expected in early 2027. I can share pdf floor plans as well via email if required. Image attached for reference. Exclude Alfresco, Garage and Portico. Scope of Works: Internal wall painting throughout the residence Cornices Skirting boards Any other standard internal painting items required for completion Please note: Ceilings have already been painted by the builder. Internal doors will also be completed by the builder and are excluded from the quotation.
