The property is being prepared for sale, so high-quality, seamless finishes are a must to ensure everything looks pristine for upcoming real estate photography and home opens. Scope of Work Includes: Preparation: Minor filling, sanding, and masking where required to ensure a clean finish. Interior Touch-Ups: Fixing scuff marks, patching/painting a few wall blemishes, mostly walls - occassional ceiling. Exterior Touch-Ups - Balcony rail occassional other. Clean Up: Drop sheets must be used; clean up after the job is non-negotiable. Paint & Materials: I will supply the exact paint colors/matching tins. You just need to bring your own professional tools (brushes, rollers, drop sheets, ladders).
