It's quite small. 194m2 inside. 3 small bedroom rooms, living, kitchen and two bathrooms +hallways/ceilings. There are chips and cracks in current paint that need repairing. New build. 3x2 plus theatre. Bathrooms doesn’t need to be painted as tiled till ceiling. Ceilings and doors are already painted. Would like limewash black in theatre and the rest is just dulux natural white. There’s no flooring atm so ideally get it done before 23rd of September. Gyprock walls.
