Looking for an experienced painter to repaint the interior of my vacant 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom house in Banora Point. Scope includes: Internal walls, Ceilings, Doors, Door frames, and architraves. Minor patching and preparation as required Property details: House is vacant and unfurnished Last painted in June 2018 Garage does not require painting I will supply the paint Looking for a quality finish suitable for owner occupation Total floor area approximately 207m², however Double garage (42m²) does not require painting and the internal brick wall adjoining the garage also does not require painting. The kitchen contains substantial floor-to-ceiling cabinetry, reducing the amount of paintable wall area in that room.m too. As a result, the paintable area is significantly less than the total floor area, but I’ve added it for references. Also see photos. We’ve recently completed a 10m x 3m tiny house, with interior walls finished in new gyprock. We’re planning to limewash the walls and are looking for someone to prepare the interior surfaces beforehand. The preparation work includes: • Filling nail holes in the skirting boards • Completing minor plastering in a few unfinished sections • Light sanding and general surface prep as needed • Applying two coats of water-based primer to all interior walls The goal is to have the walls properly prepped and primed, ready for us to carry out the limewashing ourselves. House will be vacated and needs a pre rental basic white paint before new tenancy starts

We have a cedar house that is stained dark and needs a top up coat every few years as it fades. Just the boards (no gutters/ trim / waves or paintwork) as that has all been painted recently. We use a tinted oil. Not all walls need another coat so best to come see the job and work on an hourly rate. Our timber deck also needs to be cleaned and oiled.
