This job is in Goonellabah not Lennox Head. The location is ascribed by AT. Seeking a full paint of walls and ceiling and all existing painted surfaces. Inspections welcomed and encouraged. The wooden doors (approx 12) are not included in painting. They remain as is (Stained) but new handles (supplied by owner) should be fitted by the tasker. The house is well presented and with mostly clean surfaces. Some areas may require wiping and cleaning. The house is a deceased estate and I’m looking to paint prior to sale. It’s a three bedroom cute house with a total floor area about 200msq. Main/Large bedroom is 4x4m with 2.2m ceiling height in all bedrooms. The other two bedrooms are 3x3. The lounge/dining/kitchen is 12m x 4 with raked ceilings but the raked ceilings do not require painting. Two bedroom ceilings have some mould marks and may require stain blocker as a preparation. Most walls require only one good quality coat though some small areas (3m2??) may require a second coat. All trims will be painted the same as the wall. No colour change or type of paint. The entrance way at the front door is currently a silver and will go grey. This area will require two coats. This specific area is about 8m2. It’s just a small feature. Photos show the main areas. The layout is simple, with no complicated elements. The house will mostly be empty and unoccupied. You provide all equipment BUT not paint. Paint is supplied ready to go. Supply all other ancillary equipment. Some cover sheets are already on site. Additional sheets can be supplied. Some sections will require application of ‘No More Gap’ or similar to clean up joints. Needs to be applied professionally with a clean look. A very few holes may require filling with spakfiller or similar. I estimate the full job could be 7 days for one operator.
