Paint exterior of two-storey house in Slacks Creek I’m looking for an experienced painter to prepare and repaint the exterior of my two-storey house in Slacks Creek. The house is a relatively simple square shape, with exterior cladding upstairs and masonry/blockwork downstairs. It also has a raised deck at the rear and external timber stairs and railings. Just moved out and getting house ready to sell. There are some patch up jobs where previous tenants have decided they know better and have tried to place plug sockets in different places. 3 bedrooms. Kitchen. Lounge. Dining room. All open space. The house is empty so work will be easy. Looking at straight lexicon white throughout. I will ensure the areas are ready to go. Will post pictures. Prep and Paint stair treads - Install skirting at bottom of stairs. Allow 3 coats of paint on stairs in White colour to match existing colour. Prep and paint one side of the bathroom door where two schools were removed. Touch up around 6 new light fittings Repaint eaves to the rear elevation. Approx 6m long and 450nm wide. Paint was per peeling off after pressure wash. Prep and pat h paint all holes to walls. Mostly where curtains and blinds have been removed near windows and a few picture hooks. Not all walls painted. Just patch paint the holes Paint whole wall under air con to cover the stain in one bedroom. About 3.5m long and 2.5m high. Remove section of damaged skirting in the living room and replace with new skirting (spare skirting provided). Prep and paint new architrave to the: Living room and small section about 1m long to the top floor rear bedroom.
