My 2 bedroom home at 11 Larwill Avenue Northgate is currently vacant. It needs some paint to freshen things up. See the following scope and pictures. Preparation - Clean/wipe walls and ceiling if needed. Remove flaking paint (see pictures). Undercoat/seal/primer any bare timber/plasterboard. Cover all non-painted surfaces with drop sheets (e.g. carpets, kitchen, bathroom, etc). Colour where applicable. Internal walls - Antique White USA Internal ceilings - White External surfaces - Match colour and type Entrance & EntryRoom - Paint front door, door trim, and EntryRoom (approx 1.5m x 3m) just inside the front door. EntryRoom has some flaking paint under one window that needs preparation (See pictures). Bedroom 1 & 2 - White ceiling only. See pictures for flaking on ceiling. Living room - Only trims where bare timber is showing. Match colour. See picture of windowsill. Kitchen/Dining - Paint kitchen/dining ceiling and wallpaper. Paint rear door and trim. There is a small section (1.5m x 1m) under the window that has peeling wallpaper. You have the choice of removing this section of wallpaper for painting or gluing the wallpaper down before painting. Bathroom - all paintable walls and ceiling. Laundry - Will need surfaces wiped before painting. All paintable surfaces. Two external walls outside laundry - See pictures of external walls. Eaves rafter sections x2 where bare timber is exposed. See pictures highlight in red. Rest of house - Excluded. Attached are some pictures.
