Find an experienced house painter in Croydon

We need a small 4 bedroom house painted - - 4 bedrooms, (3x3, 4x3, 4x4, 4x3.5) - 1 lounge/kitchen area 10x 5.5 - 1 hallway approx 6m Top coat only needed Plus inside of wardrobes 1 door cupboard 2 door cupboard (currently empty) 4 door cupboard (gutted and empty) Also potentially need more work done if a good job is done

Need a painter to refresh the exterior of the front of the house. Just the posts, window frames etc- pretty much all the cream, wooden areas you can see in the photo (not the garage). Paint will be supplied.

My house is being prepped for sale. I require someone with appropriate work and safety kit to use high pressure washer to wash all external gutter surfaces. Note this is *not* cleaning inside gutters, but the bottom and front side of each. Slow high pressure and soaping brushes might be needed. Also, cleaning of external roof underneath then gutting....presently a dirty grey. Lastly, washing windows to the house. Some windows are elevated 10 feet off ground. About 10 windows in all....some large some small. This is not a job for ambitious first timers so references needed. I don't want someone who is there to learn, or needs to ask dozens of questions. If you know how to do this job, you know. 2 to 3 hours of solid work should get the job done. Job is needed because roof was recently tidied up, and dirty water and grime have leaked over the edge of the gutters. Have attached some photos. Green texts shows the white roofing underneath gutters which just accumulates grime. Yellow are the windows....most are ground level, but 4 0r 5 are slightly elevated. Cleaning white water based paint off windows and aluminium frame and rubber seals. tiles also and decking. 3 bedroom single story.comes off with water and a cloth and a brustle brush. Equipment not provided. Approximatly 3 hours work 10 windows all roughly same size except for 1 window.

This would entail scraping out damaged area and filling with a quick suitable compound and rubbing back. 2: Painting with 2 coats the rendered area of the top part of the front of the house including the porch area (no gutters or eves). 3: Painting with 2 coats the rendered area of the top part of the side of the house above the garage.
