The skirting boards need sanding as they are, underneath, chipboard which is swelling in places because I have mopped and the wetness has over 14 years made the chipboard to swell. We have not had covid in our house. The walls need painting. I have already cleaned and will use sugar soap to prepare surfasce. I have all the materials necessary you don't need to bring anything with you except your preferred masking tape. I just need an excellent job. It's a very small toilet so a quick job.
