House maintenance done a few (4) hours a week, recurring. Tasks rotating depending on what needs to be done by the week. We just need a regular house help rather than a 'cleaner' as such as we are a busy family. The home is generally well kept but just needs an extra person who comes in with a 'home maker' approach to help things fit in place better.
