Interior painting for commercial offices: (1) Castle Hill, (2) Parramatta, and (3) the reception desk and console. All paint is to be supplied by you and is included in my estimate. 1. End-of-lease painting for a small 40 m² office. The walls require one coat in a single neutral colour. The office is in good condition and no patching is required. As required under the lease, the work must be completed by a qualified tradesperson who can provide an invoice with an ABN. 2. The office we are moving into requires one coat of paint, along with filling and patching some holes and general tidying. 3. Our current office Reception Desk and a Console has blue detailing, which we would like changed to a taupe or stone colour. Is this possible?

Need to paint few furnitures like queenbed,2xside tables, 1 book case,1 entertainment unit,all beige or white

I would like someone to strip the paint from these 5 timber pieces. The paint is flaking off the tables but the pine lamps have two coats of paint on them. I would like a lime wash finish after stripping . These lamps weren't expensive in the first place. They were originally plain timber ( but stained) and have about three coats of paint on them. .

Hi, I'm in the middle of renovating a terrace in Annandale and I have a few jobs that need doing before getting a painter in. Job 1 - Cast iron garden furniture Round cast iron table (about 90cm diameter) and 4 matching armchairs. All pretty rusty with old flaking paint. Looking to get them stripped back to bare metal so I can repaint them myself. Happy to move them to the front of the house if easier. Job 2 - Internal timber architraves and door frames The house has the original timber architraves throughout - there are heaps of layers of old paint on them, at least 5 or 6 coats. They need to be stripped back completely before having them re-painted. There's roughly 40 linear metres all up, plus 4 internal door frames. Job 3 - Sandstone fireplace surround Front room has a sandstone fireplace that's been painted over. Would love to get it back to natural stone if possible. I honestly don't know the best method for any of this - I've seen sanding, chemical stripping or even laser cleaning? I'm open to any approach, I'm just wanting a good result without damaging the material beneath or any details on the timber work. Can you quote for any one of these jobs, or all three? Happy to hear even if you do some, but not others. A couple of questions if you can help: - Can you come to the property, or do I need to bring items somewhere? I need a qualified painter who will prepare showroom wall and then paint approximately 25m x 3.75m. Preparation is to take out picture wall plugs and fill hole and then paint two sections in 2 separate colours.

I want to swap 2 bedroom sets between 2 rooms in my house, that includes dismantle 2 beds (one queen sized bed and one double sized bed) and reassemble them in the other room as well as swap the dressing and side tables, please note there’s 2 steps in between both rooms. I also want to paint one of the rooms, currently in beige and will paint in rustic white (just the walls). Paint is supplied. We are unable to assist.
