The task includes: - Replace air vent inlet (large) with modern cover (open to what you think looks good). - Replace three air vents (each approx. 15 x 30 cm) with flush wall mounts. - Repair lounge room ceiling cracks - Remove wood strips in dining room (between roof/ceiling and roof/beam.
