Commercial end of lease. Need removal of all wall hooks and hangings, patching of walls and painting.

We recently painted over some removed TV brackets, however once dried the area is not the same colour as the rest of the wall despite colour matching. We need a painter to: - colour match paint to the rest of the wall again (if this dries the same as the wall only the square will need painting, but if not we will need to paint the whole section of wall including the square).
