Our office space needs a bit of a freshen up with paint. A little bit of sanding and throwing 2 fresh coats on the walls, trims and stair railings. Prefer someone with painting experience. Equipment and paint provided. Some ladder work required but we have it all here. I’ve done this task many times before - probably 2 days of work for a competent person so have budgeted for that, But if requires additional time we are happy to discuss a pro rated fee.

I am looking for a person to paint a wall for me that is 9m long and 3m high. I will supply paint, ladders, drop sheets, and rollers. You need to be proficient. Cut in first, then roll the paint, which I think would need two coats. It is an internal job in an office. Only days it can be done is Fri to Monday. Other days we have staff in the office who are on phone calls so it wont work to be done on thos days.

End of lease paint job, including patching some paint where pictures were removed from the wall. Boring white office colour required. I forgot to take photos when we left but office has kitchenette, two walls with no windows and one wall with 4 sash windows.
