I am refreshing an older-style investment unit in Randwick with new carpets, blinds and floorboards. - I need the unit repainted internally throughout (all walls, doors, ceilings and timber)- probably next week or the following after flooring is complete. All painting (excluding the ceilings) will be the same Dulux colour throughout (Snowy Mountains Half-Strength). - there are 2 small balconies that have worn paint on the floor - these floors need to be repainted in a mid-grey outdoor/patio/garage non-slip paint - there are new skirtings being installed along with the flooring in the living rooms and with the carpets in the 2 bedrooms. These will be installed primed but need to be gap-filled and painted too. Floor plan is attached. Total internal square metres is 77. See photos for current condition (which is generally good).
