In need of a quality painter I'm a property manager in Brisbane cbd highly detailed apartment needing to be done - Due date: Needs to be done on Monday, 25 September 2023

I have a 2 bed / 2 bath apartment that needs painting. Both bedrooms and the living area will have feature walls, with the rest of the apartment being a single colour. The apartment is furnished and I’m looking to have walls, ceiling, doors and trim painted. There is some minor patching needed (from picture hooks). Parking is available in the apartment complex.

Patch and finish a few marks on the walls in our apartment. This is where previous holes were and attempted to be filled with polyfilla. In the bathroom I uninstalled bi foldable doors off the wall and there are multiple holes which need filling as well. - Due date: Needs to be done on Saturday, 15 July 2023

Hi there, I am requiring a painter who can also do a few little patches as well. I have 5 walls that need painting in an apartment. 2 or 3 of the walls have a handful of screws hanging out which is where the little patching will be required. The other walls are just a do-over to freshen up the place. It is a 3-bedroom apartment in Brisbane City. Will get some match paint made up and left in the apartment. There are 17 plaster cracks in two bedrooms and an apartment entrance. Many cracks are in corners or adjacent to doors. Some cracks are hairline and run the length of the wall. - Due date: Flexible
