Mobile Motorcycle Mechanic - Fuel Drain & Crank Check (Suzuki Bandit 1200s) Description: Looking for a qualified mobile motorcycle mechanic to assist with a 2004 Suzuki Bandit 1200S that has had a fuel overflow issue. What happened: Attempted a cold start on a low battery, turned the choke on, but it didn't fire. The choke was accidentally left on for a couple of hours, resulting in a fuel puddle under the bike and a completely flooded air box. I have already drained the air box, pulled the filter, and left it to dry, but the bike has not been cranked since. What I need done: Check for hydro-lock: Pull the spark plugs and ground them, then manually rotate or safely cycle the engine to blow out any trapped fuel from the cylinders. Inspect the engine oil: Check for fuel contamination in the crankcase. (Even though it doesn't smell strongly, I want a professional eye/nose on it before starting. If contaminated, we will need to drop and replace the oil/filter). Carb / Petcock check: Briefly inspect why it overflowed so severely (checking if the vacuum fuel petcock is leaking or if a float is stuck). I don't suspect this is the case as my dumbass left the choke on.. Battery Install & Start: Install a brand new battery (supplied by me), clean the K&N filter that had fuel on it and safely start/test-run the bike. I've left the bike pretty accessible and i have two spare spark plugs that I think are older (I haven't had the bike too long). It's in my shed with half decent lighting and it's sitting on the centre stand with the tank propped to stop more fuel leaking into airbox.

Serviced my vehicle myself on the roadside outside my house today (oil and oil filter). Everything went fine until I started it, then oil poured out from what I believe is the oil filter/filter housing area. The vehicle was running perfectly before the service with no leaks or issues. I suspect I’ve overlooked something simple but have run out of daylight and don’t have time to diagnose it tomorrow. Looking for someone to come out, identify the issue, and get it sorted. Hi, I’m looking for a mobile mechanic or diesel mechanic to help fix an issue with my 2015 Toyota HiAce diesel van. I recently replaced the diesel fuel filter, reconnected everything and primed the system, but the van now won’t start. It initially started for a few seconds and then turned off. There appears to be a fuel leak coming from the outgoing fuel connection/fitting on the diesel filter housing when priming. I need someone to inspect it, fix the leak/connection issue, prime the system properly and get the van running again.

Roadside assistance was unable to inflate the tyre. I need someone to: Safely jack up the vehicle Remove the front wheel Inspect the tyre and rim for damage Check for a bent or cracked rim Advise whether the wheel is safe to fit a new tyre Vehicle is located at my home.
