I have bought a car head unit off ebay to install into my 2012 Golf GTI. I cant seem to install it myself. I have attatched the cables and the lights on the screen turn on but no power to the screen, the screen stays blank.

Need an auto electrician to wire my factory reverse camera into my aftermarket head unit. Vehicle: 2012 Toyota HiAce H200 (Japanese import) Head unit: Aftermarket double-DIN with RCA reverse camera input Issue: There are two factory plugs behind the dash: a white multi-pin plug and a grey multi-pin plug. * I have a camera retention harness for the white plug that converts it to RCA for the head unit. * The grey plug also connected to the factory head unit, and the camera won’t work without it. I haven’t been able to find a compatible harness or wiring diagram. I attempted to identify the wiring on the grey plug with a multimeter but ended up blowing a couple of fuses. The BCM has since been reset and the van is now 100% operational—everything works except the reverse camera. Looking for someone to: * Identify the purpose of the grey plug and wire it correctly. * Connect the factory reverse camera to the head unit’s RCA input. * Tidy up my previous wiring attempt. * Check there are no remaining electrical issues. What’s already done: * Head unit installed and working. * White camera retention harness (new, unused). * Factory reverse camera still fitted. Cheers.

Hi, I’m looking for a mobile mechanic or diesel mechanic to help fix an issue with my 2015 Toyota HiAce diesel van. I recently replaced the diesel fuel filter, reconnected everything and primed the system, but the van now won’t start. It initially started for a few seconds and then turned off. There appears to be a fuel leak coming from the outgoing fuel connection/fitting on the diesel filter housing when priming. I need someone to inspect it, fix the leak/connection issue, prime the system properly and get the van running again.
