Very detailed report. This task is fun but is only suitable for someone with great attention to detail and excellent memory recall. Description: I’m looking for a a Mystery Shopper to perform a review on the service and experience they receive as a customer in a shop in QueensPlaza Brisbane City. The shop sells women's clothing. The mystery shop is to be performed on Friday between 1pm and 5pm. It must be performed during that time frame only. There will be a detailed 3 page form with a marking system, that you will be required to fill out when the mystery shop has been completed. The form will be various questions about the Mystery shop and a rating system you tick off, notes to expand on the experience, along with guidance and cues to action when in store. The entire process should take approx 60-80 minutes. including the time it takes to fill out the form. Things to note about the task: -You will be emailed the report along with clear guidance, it’s important the guide is read in full before you enter the store so the visit is a success. -You will be required to provide a picture of yourself in the garments to verify your visit, which is also listed on the form. -The report must be returned back typed and neat as it’s used for training purposes. -The report is very detailed and if not completed in full including the notes section the task funds will not be released. -The report needs to be returned same day while the visit is fresh in your mind please.
