No prior experience is necessary; we only ask that you watch a brief training video to understand what to observe during your visit. By the deadline outlined in the Project Brief, you will: Visit the gym and follow the instructions provided. Submit an online report including any necessary materials (receipts, photos, screenshots) as specified in the training video. Project brief Visit the gym during staffed hours (avoid lunch hours). Arrive without an appointment and express interest in joining to take a tour of the facilities. If you have any questions, feel free to ask. This will just ensure as a mystery shopper, you already have a level of comfort in a fitness studio and surroundings are familiar. You do not need to be in peak physical condition or have amazing fitness. As part of the Mystery Shopping team, you will be helping assess their staff's customer service and ultimately help them improve this service with your feedback. 1. Reach out to your allocated studio and enquire about doing a trial NB: it may be free or you may need to pay. If you need to pay for a trial class, we will reimburse you. 2. Assess the class confirmation process. 3. Assess the studio (exterior, reception, merchandise area, bathrooms, lockers and uniforms). 4. Assess the welcome and tour provided. 5.
