Photograph and organise receipts for tax I’m looking for a careful, reliable person to help me organise a collection of receipts for my tax. The main job is to take clear photographs of each receipt. You do not need to do the bookkeeping or enter the information into a spreadsheet. You’ll need to: * Photograph each receipt individually, preferably one receipt per photo. * Make sure the whole receipt is visible and the writing is sharp and readable. * Take photos directly from above in good light, without shadows or glare. * Make sure the date, business name, amounts, total and GST information can be read. * Photograph both sides if there is information on the back. * For very long receipts, take overlapping photos if necessary. * Keep the receipts organised and in the same order. * Upload all the photographs into clearly organised folders for me. * Check the photos as you go so there are no blurry or incomplete images. There are quite a lot of receipts, so I’m looking for someone who is patient, methodical and comfortable doing repetitive administrative work. You can also write clearly and neatly, as there may be some simple labelling or notes required while organising the receipts. The work will be done in person in Lewisham, Sydney. Please tell me a little about yourself and any experience you have with administration, bookkeeping, document scanning, receipt processing or similar work. Most importantly, I’m looking for someone who will take their time and make sure the photographs are good enough to read accurately. One image - 10 receipts should work fine.

Looking for tradies to fill out a quick online survey about how you currently quote jobs — how long it takes, what tools you use, and what the biggest headaches are. We're Chime Labs, an Aussie company launching an app in a few weeks that helps trade businesses handle calls and quotes. Before we launch, we want honest feedback from people actually doing the work. What's involved: I'll send you a link to an online form Takes about 5 minutes to complete That's it — no calls, no follow-up required If you're keen, there may also be a chance to become a paid tester when the app launches in a couple of weeks (totally optional). Ideal for anyone running or working in a trade business — sparkies, plumbers, chippies, landscapers, painters, you name it.
