Front n side garden need lawn mowing n cleaning up

We require a solid spring clean of our garden and outdoor living areas in preparation for an inspection. Gardens were recently done but has grown back. This is a maintenance job. We require an experienced and reliable gardener with attention to detail to assist us with the following: - Mow lawn - Remove weeds from the garden and bricks on all walkways around the house - Remove tree branches and leaves from around garden beds and remove offsite - Clean around pool, remove leaves, twigs, and fallen branches - Wash (use hose) and sweep all walkways and open areas and remove weeds, leaves, and dirt - Plant pole in the front Jade tree to straighten it up and tie to the trunk of tree - see pic attached, small tree - Clean courtyard area of weeds, cobwebs, and dirt on the ground and wash down with a hose. - Any other small tasks to make the garden look neat and tidy. We are looking to appoint someone to come in ASAP to do this so please only apply if you are able to commit this week. Job has been done before and can comfortably be completed in 6-8 hrs. Please see pics attached. Please note: Must have own tools and ability to take leaves and rubbish away.
