Victa Honda Easy Start HUT 216 lawn mower needs servicing. I changed the spark plug recently, but it still struggles to start without Instant Engine Starter spray.

I have a Masport Boxer petrol 4-stroke mower with an AL-KO 139cc engine. It currently won’t start. I’ve added petrol and 4-stroke oil, but I’m not handy with mowers and would like someone to come out, check it properly and get it running if possible.
