If you do work in the 4171 or surrounding area, just add it into your schedule regularly. Mow and whipper snip. Couldn't be easier. First job isn't paid well given A.T. fees, but after that it's a straight $40 to you. Given the job size - I can't pay anymore than that. Cheers.
