The goal is to get the property looking immaculate and well-maintained. Please review the attached photos. ​Scope of Works: ​Mowing & Edging: Mow all lawn areas in the front and back yards. Cleanly edge all perimeters, especially along timber retaining walls, stepping stones, and paths. ​Pruning & Shaping: Trim and shape the tall privacy hedge along both boundaries of the side fence. Prune the rose bushes, the dense shrubs in the front and back garden, and scattered backyard bushes. ​Weeding & Debris Clearing: Thoroughly weed all garden beds, the side access area, and between pavers.
