Seeking quote from a landscaper, general labourer or handy person to prepare the ground in this side yard area 31m2. Job is to lift and stack whole concrete pavers, remove broken and odd pavers/slabs to nearby waste pile, rake area, and compact the area with cracker dust (or similar base) with a slight fall away from house. I need some slabs and bricks removed from our carport and the ground levelled ready for our new slab and shed to be built on (you are not required to put new slabs down or build the shed). We will require a complete sand site to work with, which must be clear of any grass, rocks, roots, rubble etc. and fairly level. Area to clear is 3m x 1.5m. I have dug out around this dead palm but it is very deep. Need someone to cut it off below the surface and maybe cut it into a few bits so can get it in the bin. It’s hosed down and ready to go. It’s for my pensioner parents so $50 is about their limit.
