We require someone to remove sand and level our backyard and front yard in preparation for a lawn and garden. The work needed: 1. Removal of sand from backyard up to 150mm and site leveled. 2. Part of Front yard leveled to 30mm below paving levels in preparation for grass. 3. Dig garden beds up to 200mm in the front yard. Photo of garden beds attached. 4. The sand is not staying onsite. We need disposal of sand organized as part for of this job. Happy to pay disposal costs. We have attached a rough outline showing where sand removal and levelling needs to happen. Access to the backyard is via a pathway on the side of the property. You'll need to supply your own tools. We are flexible on dates. Let me know if you have any questions.
