The windows in my 2 bedroom unit need cleaning on the outside only. I am technically on ground floor but the windows are 1 level above ground, due to the slope of the building. A ladder etc will be needed. In preparation for synthetic grass to be laid I need a small retaining wall built to aid in making the area level. Single besser block height wall 8m long (so c. 25 blocks ... first row to improve stability and buried in trench to be dug) plus a small one block height extension of a platform 2m long (so c. 5 blocks). The blocks would be core concrete filled and render to match existing garden retaining walls. The job will require a trench to be dug before the blocks are laid and level to be determined referencing existing wall levels. Retaining wall will also require a waterproof membrane. Site is at the back of our property up several sets of stairs and requires all materials to be brought in by hand.
