Looking for someone experienced to jackhammer and remove a small poured concrete retaining wall/footing in my backyard in Marrickville. Details: Approx 2–3 metres long Approx 400–600 mm high Poured concrete (not blocks) Rear yard location Access via side path — wheelbarrow only (no machine access) Some light vegetation nearby Remove and dispose of all concrete Leave area reasonably level and tidy Power available if required (requires extension cord) Flexible timing Please include labour, tools and tip fees in your quote. Require old paint stripped off front of house, front fence/ retaining walls that is old and pealing. Measured area and it is a bit under 31 square metres. Need it to be taken back to the bear render, assume drop sheets will be used to keep off public area / neighbours driveway. All paint / paint stripper / drop sheets and other debris to be removed and walls left clean and tidy, with areas stripped of paint to be in condition to be repainted.

Supply and install concrete sleepers with 1200 spaced posts in a charcoal McLaren sandstone (product as sample noted). Can be changed to a different brand, product or style if required. Land is uneven so concrete sleeper will be sloped/stepped to follow design. Lengths are as follows: 6.630 (straight) – L/m 1.2 and 13.050 (corner) – L/m Please see photos attached. I am a builder with trades but do not have a landscaper or retaining wall trade on hand as I focus on major internal renovations. I understand all building terminology.

I need someone experienced with exterior wall finishes to lightly bag (not render) a series of painted brick retaining walls in my backyard. The goal is to refresh the surface with a natural, semi-textured “bagged” look that still shows some of the brick outlines — not a full smooth render. Scope of Work: • Clean down walls (remove loose paint, dirt, and debris). • Apply a light bag coat using mortar mix or premade bagging/render mix — aiming for a soft, rustic texture. • Blend finish evenly across all visible wall sections - see attached photo for reference. • Tidy up and remove any mess on completion. Notes: • Existing paint is white; new bagging to be white/off-white to match or refresh the existing colour. • Walls are all accessible (see photos). • Please bring all your own tools and materials. You’ll need: • Experience in bagging/rendering exterior brick • Own trowels, sponge floats, drop sheets, etc. • Ability to produce a consistent light finish (sample area can be agreed before doing the lot) Timing: Flexible — preferably within the next 2 weeks, weather permitting.
