- Painting of patio ceiling (about 6 x 5 m). Ceiling has 4 x skylights installed, so need to also paint the reveals. Need to ensure no paint on exhaust, downlights, etc. Colour natural white. Ceiling has been prepped, but needs to be sanded before painting. - Painting of a red colourbond fence. To be painted monument grey. Total length about 50m. Height about 1.8m (tapers at the front). - Painting of certain retaining walls in the backyard (to be painted monument grey). About 20m worth of width. Not very high (90cm?)

We need a bricklayer to repoint a small retaining wall with matched mortar. In a couple of sections, unmatched mortar will have to be removed and replaced.

Retaining wall: Approx 8.2m of 2m grey rock faced concrete sleeper, approx 600mm H, including fence spigots

I need a brick layer to brick a small retaining wall near our Granny Flat. The wall is 2.4m long by 1m wide. It only has two sides (one long and one short side). I have included below the retaining wall that is on one side, and I would like this mirrored on the other side. Matching the top brick work too. It is double bricked. It is laying 160 bricks (Provided) You would be required to bring the mortar to match the existing wall. The wall needs to be done either Thursday or Friday.

We have a 45m long boundary. We want to replace the existing timber paling fence with a 2 panel high precast concrete sleeper system supported by steel H sections concreted into the ground at approximately 1.8m centres . The works will involve removing the existing fence and constructing the above. The soil is soft loam and is easy to dig. Only a small portion of the new system will actually be retaining soil.

Run agi pipe (slotted and socked) behind old existing brick retaining wall. Max depth required is ~400mm. There are a few small roots around. Price can be inclusive or exclusive of parts. I can supply all parts if required. Note: Can use Megaflo product placed vertically so that the trench required is slim.
