The goal is to refresh the surface with a natural, semi-textured “bagged” look that still shows some of the brick outlines — not a full smooth render. Scope of Work: • Clean down walls (remove loose paint, dirt, and debris). • Apply a light bag coat using mortar mix or premade bagging/render mix — aiming for a soft, rustic texture. • Blend finish evenly across all visible wall sections - see attached photo for reference. • Tidy up and remove any mess on completion. Notes: • Existing paint is white; new bagging to be white/off-white to match or refresh the existing colour. • Walls are all accessible (see photos). • Please bring all your own tools and materials.
