Labouring - move soil around in wheel barrow

We need our chemical levels checked on our pool, with a proper testing kit, as we are finding the sticks are not accurate. If possible, help learning how to use the pool, the landlord has provided no instructions and we aren't sure how to use it. If you could bring your own chemicals for the first visit to help re-level that would be great, just in case, otherwise happy to be told what we need! Not sure the going rate of a 'how-to' lesson.
