I have a side fence in place that will probably need to be removed and reset. Easy access from side as a house is currently in the early stages of build next door. Sloping block, so height of retaining wall will vary. Only 0.5 m likely at front of block, but there are 2 sections of fence that need a deep retaining wall (around 1m). Only looking for cheap concrete wall and to sit nicely under the fence if possible, so fence will have to be re-positioned. The wall doesn't need to be built for the entire length of the property, as fence slopes down to the level of the easement which is at ground level. Hole is now mostly filled too but access from either side possible.
