I’d like a landscaper to come and quote on this job. Initial fee is for quote and first thoughts. The rest of the fees and costs to follow. We have a small garden. We are looking for some help choosing what plants to plant, buying the plants and then planting them. This is a small landscaping job. I expect you to have good knowledge of what plants will thrive and work in the small spaces. As you can see in the photos we have a small planter box at the front of the house, a larger box at the back and then have a tree in our central courtyard that has died and we need replaced with something that will thrive. Looking for an experienced and properly insured landscaper/ operator to help prepare my backyard for new turf and garden beds. Area is approximately 170m2 Scope of Works - Remove and dispose of existing grass/turf - Remove and dispose of existing garden beds, excluding brick garden bed where veggie garden is (leave in place) - Remove and relocate ash tree and lemon tree (closer to fence) - Regrade and level the backyard to create a smooth, even surface - Behind shed, level with road base (I will remove all bricks/blocks beforehand) - Prepare soil ready for new turf installation (including any topsoil, turf underlay etc) - Leave the site clean and ready for the next stage of landscaping Site is located in Croydon. Please note it is a very narrow street. Driveway access from street all the way through to backyard (driveway is 2.2M wide) Happy to discuss adding on laying turf, but at this stage will probably do myself.

Drainage Works Looking to rectify groundwater/drainage issues around an existing garden bed. Scope of works: * Supply and install a strip/channel drain along the outside edge of the garden bed. * Provide appropriate drainage from the garden bed/subsoil area into the new drainage system, as required. * Connect the new drain to the existing main stormwater drainage point approximately 4 metres away. * Lift approximately 30 existing pavers to allow installation of the underground stormwater pipe. * Excavate/trench and install suitable stormwater pipe with adequate fall to the existing drainage point. * Make all necessary connections to the existing stormwater system. * Backfill and compact the trench appropriately. * Relay the existing pavers and leave the area neat and level. * Remove excess soil/waste and clean the work area on completion. Existing issue: The garden bed has approximately 500 mm or less of soil before reaching stone/rock underneath. Groundwater is accumulating above the stone layer and causing significant waterlogging, so the aim is to provide a permanent drainage path into the existing stormwater system.

I want a professional landscaper to prepare and lay a crushed granite pathway 1.1m x 4.5m ( remove the curent stones, prepare the edging, lay the weed mat and complete the path with crushed charcoal granite. I also want a garden planted includes removing the grass, preparing the bed and planting. I have all the plants, design, mulch etc. I would need you to source the crushed granite.
