I have a ground floor unit with side access, it is roughly 8 x 2.5m currently with lawn and it’s not growing as it doesn’t get sun, atm it’s muddy and my dog is bringing in dirt and mud, what I’m looking for is someone to come in, take up the grass I’m after low maintenance, thinking a small garden in the corner to the right where I currently have rocks, then large pavers and in between some type of crawling green or mondo grass to add colour, behind the wall it will need filling with soil and a plant to fill in and grow (elephant ear plants or similar for full foliage) I want low maintenance but to still allow somewhere for my dog to go out, I’m thinking cause it’s hard to quote and do on here I pay a small fee on here like $10 and you come out and we sit and talk and come up with a plan, I need this done asap

Protection will need to be put down in the unit. The external area is from the unit terrace via a glass gate (see image below). Current pebbles are sparce, want to push some pebbles to perimeter to create space for 8 x pavers to be loosely laid, then gaps filled with existing pebbles. Need someone with experience in paving and expertise. Made a good start on the job (paving 3.2 metres x 2 metres) but not nailing the final part as well as I’d like.

Lay weed matting, stabilized decomposed granite and using a plate compacter to create a compacted and level surface to two areas approx 13m2 and 36m2 per photos and yellow highlighted areas on plan.
