Hedge trimming and shaping
Regular hedge trimming is the easiest way to keep your hedge thriving. Your garden hedging professional may use power tools for general trimming and shaping, as well as hand-held tools like secateurs for pruning. I have two pittosporum hedges either side of our front garden that we have started to trim but we need help to trim lower and tidy up from neighbours side. These hedges are about 9m in length each and will need a small ladder to reach the top. We also have a thin cypress hedge down the side of the house approx 18m long that we would like to trim the top and angle the front to let more light into. In both situations some of the main branches on the hedge are too thick for out standard ryobi hedger so will need something more robust.
