Hi I have a sloped backyard and need some levelling done so kids can play safely. Yard is approx 50sqm. Would like a retainer planter along the back fence so will need removal of the current plants and hedges. The stairs are stone, very narrow footing and hazardous. Hand rail also too thick and and in need of replacing for a better and safer design. Side entry access to the yard is narrow so will probably need some manual work. This area also needs some landscaping/styling. Added: if you can do tree/hedge pruning I also have a large gumtree and hedge in the front that needs trimming back. 2 Retaining walls required (one for each neighbour side) to be done ASAP. What I need is: 1. The CDC states I will need “submit Manufactured or Structural Engineering details for the construction of the proposed retaining walls” I will need the above done first before I can proceed to build. I’m hoping you can build the walls for me too. 1. Two retaining walls approx 16-18m each 2. The retaining walls need to be as close to the neighbouring fences as possible as there is not much room 3. Need about 12 pavers laying in an 'L' shape, around the side of a shed. The soil will need lowering about 2 inch for the sand bedding (to be provided by you), and the excess soil needs taking away. I have purchased the pavers. The red ones will be removed. You may need to cut the pavers to fit around the shed corner foot so an angle grinder might be needed. Soil needs to be leveled and compacted

I need hedging done for 3 tall hedges. One of which is in the pool area so is more difficult. Someone tall would be preferable. We are flexible on the date.

Build extension of upper grassed area (in blue). Install levelled sleepers along length of rear boundary fence, in addition to a parallel set of sleepers halfway along the boundary to match the height of the bottom step and meet the extended area (orange). Please message with any questions, I have tried to describe what is proposed in the pictures but am also open to ideas on how to improve this. The end goal is a larger upper grassed area and a level lower grassed area (to be infilled), with a bamboo garden bed along back fence.
