Hi! Looking for 1–2 reliable workers to move excavated soil/clay from a rear courtyard pit into a skip bin parked on the street. Job Details: Volume & Weight: 4 cubic metres loose material ~5.5-6 tonnes of soil, sand and clay). Estimated Loads: Approx. 130 to 150 wheelbarrow loads. Material State: Soil has already been dug up and shifted once—no heavy digging required, just shoveling into wheelbarrows and wheeling out. Access: side path with wide access. 30m to skip bin. No stairs, but half the dirt is still in the pit. Equipment: I have 1 wheelbarrow and one good shovel on site, but bringing a 2nd wheelbarrow /shovel is a massive plus! Timing: Thursday, August 6th. We have DIY removed cement pavers from our courtyard to expose the brickwork underneath. As a result, we have a pile of soil that was under the pavers and some additional soil and landscaping pebbles we aren’t using and would like removed and disposed of (or utilised if they are of use to you). There is also some remaining soil under the last line of pavers, and a small amount of additional white pebbles still to be shovelled and taken with the rest. Easy access to the courtyard for the job. You can park out the front and we have a wide double door front door, concrete easy to clean floors in the house and large french doors opening on to the courtyard. We are also selling the pavers if you want them and want to factor this into the price.
