We need an experienced Landscaper that can put together a landscaping design that will be cost effective for this rental property as we don’t want to over capitalise.Ideally we would like to flatten the area utilise large pavers say 900 X 900 with gaps to allow stones to sit in between. Rough size is around 5m x 5m yard size. A simple drain to run inbetween the rear of the house and the start of the yard. All materials will be supplied by me.
