Would like this tree trunk chain sawed back to hopefully ground level.

I have recently removed a magnolia tree from my garden bed in Coogee and require someone with experience to remove the remaining stump with a chainsaw. I will continue to dig out the stump so more roots are exposed. It is very heavy and needs to be cut down into pieces. I require someone who owns a chainsaw and is experienced with this type of job.

Need someone with a chainsaw to cut an existing tree stump down to the same level as the deck so we can deck over it. Stump is in a corner next to a brick wall (see photo). No full removal or grinding needed just needs to be cut flush.
