My new house backyard has a bit of slope, the ground needs to be leveled, remove plant/grass roots, remove extra soil and adjust the soil where rquired on sides or frontyard. 1. Level the grounds 50mm below termite sheet of wall 2. All plants/grass roots need to be removed from soil to avoid regrow 3. The neighbour house on the backside is high so it needs retaining wall of 10.7 meter wide and around 500 mm high which will make a garden bed 4. Soil need to be adusted on backside and frontyard. 5. If any extra soil, it needs to be removed from site. I can request neighbor to give access for wider machine, but it needs 2 meter fence removal and install it back after work For retaining wall, i will pay the cost of timber sleep separetly as per purchased reciept

Need a proper landscaping done to my backyard

Remove the retaining wall sleepers, install geotextile fabric, and then reinstall the sleepers.

To lay underlay soil and top soil, Digging and levelling small areas of land. To dig and around the stairs and make it ready for planting. To lay Tif-tuff-couch grass. I can get the grass delivered.
