Letterbox install (optional, depends on what kind of letterbox I buy). - Near Eighth Avenue. - As per my understanding, the lot is flat. Sides are pretty sorted. Some land processing may be needed in the backyard — I am not an expert. Happy for inspections once I get suitable quotes.
