Clear out, remove and nicely landscape back garden

There are 3 things we need to accomplish. 1. Existing area has been scraped clean, however have a pile of about 2-3 m3 of soil/clay to be moved elsewhere on our own property, about 40m away. Existing area may need a very quick once over in a few spots to get it just right before soil. 2. Spread and level approx 15m3 of under turf soil across a 130m2 area around 3 sides of a pool. Will have soil on site ready to go for you. The only limiting access issues is down one side of the pool which is 1800mm. 3. We have had a sandstone wall put in, however after some small revisions of where things are going, the steps we put in need to be moved / reset approx. 400mm across. The sandstone blocks are 1000x500x200 (approx. 240kg) each. Need to lift these 3 blocks out and reset the bottom one. Will require earthmoving equipment.

I need someone experienced with landscaping/manual labour to help finish preparing the lawn area beside a pool ready for Sir Walter Buffalo turf installation. Looking for an experienced landscaper or paving professional to complete our front pathway. We’ve already removed the old pebbles and pavers and purchased the main materials, including: 10 new pavers Road base Landscape sand Soil for planting mondo grass between the pavers The area needs to be properly levelled and prepared, with the road base and sand compacted before the pavers are laid. Mondo grass will then need to be planted between the pavers and the area finished neatly. This is primarily a labour job, as the materials have already been supplied. We’re looking for someone experienced in paving and pathway preparation who can ensure the finished pathway is level, stable, well-compacted and professionally completed. I need a timber sleeper installed underneath the existing retaining wall. The sleeper is needed to close off the gap underneath the retaining wall so concrete can be poured up to the wall without spilling underneath. The ground slopes, so the sleeper will need to be cut to follow the slope/angle of the ground so it fits neatly into the gap. I haven’t measured the gap yet, so I’d like someone who can measure it, cut the timber to fit and install it securely. Timing: Needs to be completed before Tuesday. Photos attached.

This task is to do the following: 1) Fill the gap between the concrete driveway and the fence line with the supplier gravel. You will need to bring your own tools to complete this task. 2) Using the supplied tea tree mulch, transport the mulch from the front of the yard to the veggie garden at the back and fill in area in between the raised garden beds. You will need to bring your own tools. I need at least 2 Airtaskers to get these done on the day. Location Westbrook, please bring appropriate tools and wear appropriate clothing for the job. You will also need to bring your own gloves.

The main priority is to level out a mound of dirt that is in the backyard leftover from a pool installation that we had done. My guess the pile is about 10-15 cubic metres. It is on the lowest level of the property shown in the attached photos. There are different levels to the property (1m drop each retaining wall) and there is a tight section past some steps. I think it is 1700mm at the post and 1400mm where the landing is in the photos. There is also a bit of a driveway as shown in the photos. The other items that we would like to get done, is to get ready for turf to be installed. We can do the final prep but just doing the bulks for us. Thinking it would require removal of say 50mm of the current ground and replace with a topsoil. - Top level (next to pool) - Take a slight cut to level out the land with any excess cut to go to the lower level. We have already removed the concrete that was there. - Lower level - distribute the soil pile across the lower level as best as possible. - Both levels - transfer undersoil turf from front of house to each level and distribute. We can get the soil and do any final levelling by hand. We are based at a private residence in Woolloongabba. Happy to do on an hourly rate

Need hedging of 9.5m long overgrown hedge, both front and top (see attached photo). Hedge is currently 4.4m tall. Needs to be 2.5m tall. Shape hedges neatly. Will need to take green waste away (tip vouchers available) and leave area clean and tidy. Will need to bring own equipment and means to remove the waste.
