Crucial: The pebbles must be mixed with a cement binder/water to create a stabilized, flush surface that "locks" the pavers in place. No loose/wobbly pavers or trip hazards. 5 Finishing: Dark wood mulch for garden beds and flexible edging to separate materials. Note: I will supply and install the artificial shrubs myself later.
