Hi I would like a team of two or more people to clean my home on a regular basis every week.Previously it has taken 6 hours as it is a 4 bedroom, plus study and entertainment room 2 1/2 bathroom house over 3 levels. Cleaning would involve dusting, wiping down all surfaces , wiping kitchen tops/ cabinets outside of fridge and microwave. Vacuuming, mopping and some sweeping. The job is approximately 8 hours and includes a deep house clean: bathrooms, kitchen, floors (mix of herringbone floors and carpet), dusting, and general tidying of common areas. We have two very friendly Schmoodles (5 years old and a 11-month-old puppy), so you must be comfortable working around dogs. The cleaner will need to bring their own cleaning products and equipment and hold a current police clearance (happy to view on the day). I’m flexible on days but would like the first clean on a Monday or Friday when I can be home.I’m ideally looking for someone interested in ongoing work on a Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday approximately every 3 weeks with 6 hours of cleaning at a rate of $40 per hour.
