Hello & Happy Friday!!! I’m in urgent need of a cleaner to complete a general house clean, preferably today, if possible (if I can’t find someone to do this today, it will need to be tomorrow morning). It’s a small, 2 bdrm townhouse, located in Helensvale. General house cleaning tasks: • 1 bedroom (wipe surfaces & vacuum) • 1 ensuite (clean shower, toilet, vanity, vacuum & mop) • Vacuum upstairs area (incl. landing/stairs & mop laundry) • Vacuum & mop downstairs area (it’s a very small, open area & is all tiled) • Wipe over all surfaces in living area/lounge • Clean/Sanitise kitchen benches, wipe cooktop, splash back etc • Anything else I may have missed above or that you may see that requires cleaning. Generally this takes me approx 1-1.5hrs on my own, closer to 1.5hrs if I do a thorough job (I clean at least once a week, so it’s never in a bad state). Unfortunately, I have an injured shoulder & back which has flared up which limits what I can/can’t do, plus asthma which has also flared up, which is making life a little tricky for me! I really, desperately need help! 😣 My budget is already stretched at $100 (I am currently looking after a family member whilst her DV case is underway, which has just made things that little bit more difficult for me mentally & financially speaking. Due to this, I am open to swaps for service/work or for those inclined, green/MC. I would also love to book a weekly clean each Friday, so if I am happy with the work done & the price ($ is the big one, people are charging ridiculous amounts here on AT, I’m happy to organise jobs so that you don’t lose out on those fees…$$$).
