Details I'm looking for a reliable cleaner for our two storey home in Mermaid Waters, starting Monday 3rd August. Ongoing weekly, around 3 hours each visit. Budget is $180 per week. Areas to cover: 4x bedrooms + study + living area + kitchen + 2 bathrooms + outside porch Some tasks you will be doing: Bedrooms & study - Vacuum and mop floors - Dust surfaces, shelves and skirting boards - Change bed linen when left out Bathrooms (x2) - Showers, toilets, sinks and mirrors - Empty bins and replace liners Kitchen - Wipe benches, splashback and stovetop - Wipe outside of fridge, microwave and oven - Sink scrubbed and dried - Take out rubbish and replace bin liners Living area - Vacuum and mop - Dust and wipe surfaces Outside porch - Sweep - Wipe down outdoor table and chairs Pets We have 1 cat and 1 dog. The dog doesn't shed, so there's no dog hair to deal with. The cat sheds occasionally, so expect some cat hair on furniture and floors, nothing extreme. Both are friendly, but please be comfortable around animals. Also part of the job: - Emptying the cat litter tray, giving it a wipe out and refilling with fresh litter - Fresh litter and gloves are supplied for this Supplies and equipment Please bring your own cleaning products and equipment, including a vacuum. Bins, bin liners, toilet paper, hand soap and cat litter are supplied by us. Good to know: - Parking available in the driveway - Two storeys, so there are stairs - Same day and time each week, so please only apply if you can commit ongoing Nothing too heavy or complicated.
