Looking for a reliable, thorough independent cleaner for our 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom home plus powder room in Frankston South. We are ideally looking for an independent cleaner rather than a cleaning agency, as we would like the same person each visit and hope to establish a regular, long-term arrangement. General cleaning would include: • Vacuuming and mopping floors • Dusting surfaces • Cleaning 2 bathrooms and powder room/toilets • General tidying and straightening up around the home • Dusting a few Venetian blinds as required • Wiping kitchen cupboard fronts • Wiping bathroom vanities/cupboards • Cleaning stovetop • Wiping out microwave • General kitchen cleaning and wiping surfaces There will be some light tidying involved in addition to the cleaning, such as putting things back in place, straightening rooms and keeping things generally neat and organised. The home is regularly maintained, so we are looking for general ongoing cleaning rather than a deep clean or end-of-lease clean. We are looking for someone who is reliable, thorough, has good attention to detail and is happy to use their initiative when tidying rather than simply cleaning around things. This would be an ongoing clean approximately every 2–3 weeks, depending on the hourly rate and how long each clean takes.
