Tasks include dusting throughout the house using spray and wipe (not just dry dusting), vacuuming all areas, thoroughly mopping and cleaning all floors, cleaning the kitchen including benches, sink, surfaces and stovetop, cleaning bathrooms including showers, toilets, vanities and mirrors, general surface cleaning and tidying. The clean typically takes around 3 hours. The property is a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home. Please bring your own equipment and cleaning products, however I can provide some items if needed. Someone pet friendly is important. The cats will be kept separate during the clean and the dogs can be managed as needed. Happy to negotiate on price and likely to add an extra hour or so for deeper cleans once a month. Eg: Deep oven clean, window washing or wall washing 🧽 Really love the first clean to be ASAP as our prior cleaner is unavailable.

The home is a small 3‑bedroom, 1‑bathroom place, open kitchen/dining and lounge area (floor plan in photos). Areas and tasks I’d like the following done each visit: • Bathroom and toilet cleaned (toilet, basin, shower, bath, tiles, and fixtures). • Kitchen surfaces cleaned, stovetop and splashback wiped, sink cleaned, and visible marks on cupboard fronts wiped. • All floors vacuumed (including bedrooms, study and lounge). • Floating floorboards mopped. • Dusting throughout, including skirting boards and accessible surfaces. • Mirrors cleaned. • Cobwebs removed where visible and reachable. • Bins emptied and liners replaced (where available). • General tidy so the place feels neat and looked after. 2.5 hours is usually enough for a solid, regular clean given the size of the house; we can adjust the focus slightly each visit if needed (for example, extra detail in bathroom one fortnight and kitchen the next).
